For over 15 years, I’ve navigated the complex world of Total Rewards and Job Architecture for major organizations like Capital One, Cabela’s, and the State of Louisiana. In partnership with skeptical analysts, compliance auditors, and executives I have learned one universal truth: Transparency is the right way to build trust.
I founded Atlas Strategies because I see skills-based-organizations as the future and standard job architectures need to evolve. I am dedicated to helping smaller and mid-sized organizations with tools that are open and transparent, rather than "black-box" consulting models or spreadsheets that nobody understands.
I recently graduated from StartUp Virginia's Idea Factory, and have been building Atlas Strategies, a tool and process allowing us to map jobs and skills using open-source data that is accessible, affordable, and honest. I don't just deliver a report; I provide the map and the vehicle to help your organization evolve into a skills-based future where you set your employees to progress through their career pathway.
