During this adventure, I have learned that transparency builds trust and the complex must be made simple to be accepted.
I founded Atlas Strategies because I believe a relentless focus on skills is the future and organizations will need to evolve job architecture to unlock the benefits. I guide organizations out of the "black box" of undefined roles and subjective pay decisions to a structure that is easy for managers and employees to understand.
